Problem Handbag!!!!

I bought this handbag and it was nothing but a piece of junk. First the lining was to long and got hung in the zipper, and then the metal orament on the zipper broke. I called the company and basically they said “so sad”. No replacement offer or anything.I then looked for a shoe/leather repair shop and they said they wouldn’t touch it since it was obviously an expense handbag. This is the first and last B. MAKOWSKY purse I will ever buy. Any other high end company would have stood behind their product. Major disapointment!!!!!!!!!
